Wanting to improve an existing office space and expand it, this client was looking to create a professional services building that had elements of hospitality and a residential feel.  A comfortable, inviting space was necessary for patients needing proper health counseling.     

PPAI coordinated a unified effort, which included design for the site, architecture, interiors and furnishings.  With a small lot size and various constraints, much effort was given to maximize development while staying within a site plan exemption.  The interiors were elevated with new configurations, lighting, wallcoverings and paint selections that match the company’s brand. Furnishings were selected in cool & neutral tones with simple expressions to help provide for relaxing client interactions.
